Served as faculty for The Holdsworth Center (an education leadership development center focused on improving the quality of public schools for Texas students) facilitating the Immunity to Change™ process for participants of key leadership learning programs at the center.
The Immunity to Change™ process is a method (developed by Harvard developmental psychologists Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey) that helps individuals and leadership teams identify and address the underlying, often unconscious, assumptions and competing commitments that prevent them from making desired changes.
