About Me
Learning. Development. Transformation.

Jude supports school and district leaders as they build capacity to create positive, effective learning environments and drive meaningful change within their systems. Starting her career in education as a successful classroom teacher and teacher leader, she responded to her growing frustration with the educational system and embarked on a learning journey to better understand the systemic nature of our educational challenges and finding models of school systems that were true learning communities for students and educators.
While attaining a Ph.D. in Educational Systems and Leadership at The Union Institute and University, she served as a founding member of The Change Leadership Group at Harvard Graduate School of Education and was a co-author of Change Leadership: A Practical Guide to Transforming our Schools. She has led district transformation efforts through leadership roles in non-profits and has worked within an urban district supporting district-wide leadership development programs focused on building a leadership pipeline as well as developing stronger working relationships between school and district leaders. From 2011-2022 Jude served in various leadership roles at New Tech Network focused on building the capacity of school and district leaders to implement, continually improve and sustain the implementation of the New Tech Network school model (an equitable, student-centered and inquiry based approach to learning).
Jude brings her expertise in adult learning and development, systems thinking, deeper learning instructional practices, change management and organizational learning and development to continue to support leaders at all levels of the school system to ensure every student is successful.
